YESS GIRLS MOVEMENT 
CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR THE YEAR 2018

We would like to welcome all girls between the ages of 18 to 24 (and all those who will still be 25 years old by September 2018) to apply for the Youth Exchange South to South (YESS) Girl’s Movement. This is a project for WAGGGS’ Member Organizations in Africa and Asia which gives young women (18-25 years) an opportunity of a six month international exchange experience. This opportunity aims to give them a platform to be change agents and make meaningful contribution to both their home and host countries.

Girls with the following requirements are encourages to apply;

1. Tanzanian citizens between the ages of 18 and 24 years old (or just turned 25 years old) who are enrolled Girl Guides
2. Free to commit to the project (including living outside the country) from January to September 2018
3. Computer literate and able to communicate in English
4. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work in a team
5. Facilitation/training skills are desirable
6. Report writing skills
7. Ability to communicate in French is an added advantage

All applicants must obtain consent from their parents or guardians before applying.
