Do you know what they say about experiences...? They are
priceless! The time I had at Kusafiri in Ghana remains a life time experience
to me. I met a family of sisters and friends in JLS with whom we shared a lot
together. I left Tanzania with fears and anxieties I returned with confidence,
better skills and knowledge which generally made me better.
The support from a brilliant team of enthusiastic
facilitators made JLS2016 a life time experience for me and 66 other girls from
48 countries in the world. Each moment was on its own a special lesson to me.
Each person I met made a great contribution to my experience and I remain
grateful to WAGGGS, Ghana Girl Guides, and my MO (TGGA) and to my family and
friends.
Now that JLS made me better and I have returned home, I
intend to light the fire in others, to transform our world. One thing I will
always remember is that, transforming our world begins with me and I am eager
and ready to take the lead.
